BRATTLEBORO -- Silver Moon School of Feng Shui located at 29 High St. Brattleboro, announces the graduation of the 2011-2012 Level 1, 2 and 3 Certificate Program students.
Graduates were: Leslie Lassetter, Level 3; Krista Jarosak, Level 3; Jody Upham, Level 2; Jiyl Barrows, Level 3; Olga Peters, Level 3; and Mel Hasting, Level 1.
The program is designed to prepare students to practice Feng Shui professionally. Feng Shui is the ancient art and science of creating harmony, balance and intention in homes and environments, to promote health and success for the occupants.
In addition to completing the required coursework, many of the students sign up for additional elective classes which provide experience in related topics that range from "Clearing Clutter" to "Focus on Wealth/Quality of Life."
Students may participate in the "Student Referral Program " that will connect them to potential clients who are interested in working with the newly-graduated students to give them practical experience at a reduced hourly rate. The inspiration behind the referral program is to make professional Feng Shui consultations available to people who have limited incomes.
The students may also participate in Community Service Group Projects. These projects are free of charge to service organizations that affect the community as a whole.
Silver Moon School of Feng Shui is a registered educational facility with the State of Vermont
Instructor/director Patti Newton is a graduate of Carole Hyder’s "Wind and Water School of Feng Shui."
