Bart Energy hires new technician manager
ROCKINGHAM -- Bart Energy, located in Transport Park on Route 103 recently announced the addition of John W. Campbell as Heating Service Technician Manager. With his addition, Bart Energy now provides 24-hour home heating service and repair.
Campbell and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Walpole, N.H., where he grew up and then settled to raise their daughter. He has more than 35 years of burner repair and installation experience having attended continuing burner education classes and obtained Silver Certified Technician accreditation by the National Oil Heat Research Alliance.

Vermont Partnership receives grant
BRATTLEBORO -- As part of its winter grant cycle, the Vermont Community Foundation has awarded Vermont Partnership for Fairness and Diversity an Innovation and Collaboration Grant. The $15,000 grant will support the Partnership’s Vermont Vision for a Multicultural Future Initiative.
Under the grant, the Vermont Partnership will grow and strengthen its statewide network of leaders consciously developing and applying diverse, inclusive and equitable business practices. These leaders represent state and municipal government agencies; business and civic organizations; supervisory unions and professional associations; state, county and local law enforcement agencies; and nonprofits and faith communities.
"The Community Foundation is proud to make this Innovation and Collaboration grant award to the Vermont Partnership for Fairness and Diversity. The Partnership has been leading the way on creating equity for a number of years now with their strong, active work to improve the climate for all Vermonters, but especially for Vermonters of Color," noted Christopher Kaufman Ilstrup, Philanthropic Advisor for the Foundation.

Stevens & Associates
BRATTLEBORO -- Bob Speck, P.E., has joined Stevens & Associates as a Structural Engineer. Speck brings with him over 30 years of structural and architectural engineering experience at firms in Vermont and New York.
Stevens & Associates works on a variety of projects, from downtown infill and redevelopment to institutional and school campuses. Speck is currently working on structural rehabilitation of the Brooks House. as well as consulting on a variety of new building projects.
Speck’s past projects have included other downtown revitalization work, residential and educational projects. He has also worked extensively in the design of sustainable and energy efficient timber frame buildings.
