WILMINGTON -- The Development Review Board cancelled a hearing scheduled for Oct. 30 due to weather concerns related to Hurricane Sandy.
The applicant, Ann Coleman, is requesting the allowance of constructing a 1,536-square-foot, two-story building with a 107-square-foot handicap ramp and wants to change the use to retail with a single-family dwelling. Mount Snow Region Chamber of Commerce owns the land.
With forecasts for heavy wind and possible flooding in the past 48 hours, the DRB meeting has been rescheduled for the safety of residents.
The town of Wilmington will hear the case on Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. at Wilmington Town Office at 2 East Main Street.
