Book donations

Brattleboro: The Friends of Brooks Memorial Library is accepting donations of paperback books, CDs and DVDs for the upcoming April 21 to 23 Spring Book Sale. Donations of books and media should be brought to the Library Circulation Desk during open hours. Donations must be in good condition to be accepted by the Library. Funds raised by the Friends will: purchase programs and materials for the Children's Room; support the First Wednesday series and other public programs; purchase 18 free passes to regional museums; update library technology tools for public use, and pay for subscriptions to numerous on-line subscription services such as access to e-books, e-audio, independent films and databases such as
