-- Paul Sargent, 29, of Putney, was cited for driving while criminally suspended following a traffic stop on Rt. 9, Saturday, July 14. He will appear in Windham County District Court: Criminal Division at a later date.

-- On Friday, July 13, police stopped a vehicle on Chestnut Hill after witnessing several traffic violations. After an investigation, police discovered the vehicle had also struck a parked car on Grove Street.

As a result the driver, Darrell Graves, 28, of Brattleboro, was cited for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. He will appear in court at a later date.

-- Police on Thursday, July 12, were alerted of a possible intoxicated driver heading to Brattleboro from Chesterfield, N.H. Using the information provided, police located the vehicle on Town Crier Drive. After an investigation, Danielle Broderick, 45, of Brattleboro, was cited for DUI. She will appear in court at a later date.

-- Roland Whitley, 35, of Bridgeport, Conn., was cited for felony possession of crack cocaine following a stop on Interstate 91 on Wednesday, July 11.

Whitley was traveling north when police stopped his vehicle near Exit 1 after witnessing numerous vehicle infractions. An investigation revealed 28 grams of crack cocaine. He was held at Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail and appear in Windham Superior Criminal Court at a later date.

8, were conducting a bar check when they recognized Tyran Andrews, 29, of Brattleboro, who had two active warrants in Vermont.

As he was being escorted from the bar, Andrews pulled away and attempted to escape but was immediately stopped, according to a report. He was also found to be in possession of cocaine.

Andrews was cited for warrant, possession of cocaine and resisting arrest, and housed at the Brattleboro Police Department.

-- Police on Saturday, July 7, responded to the area of the North End Market on Putney Road after a report of "two suspicious males in the area." After locating the suspects and conducting an investigation, police cited Peter Call, 23, of Brattleboro, with petit larceny in connection with the theft of items from nearby vehicles. He will appear in Windham Superior Court at a later date.

Another man, Brennan Zawistoski, 20, also of Brattleboro, was cited at the scene for having consumed alcohol as a minor.

-- Police on June 11 cited Heather Cheeney, 29, of Brattleboro, with retail theft following an investigation on Canal Street regarding a incident at the Price Chopper. She will appear in court at a later date.
