According to police, Shameka L. Cunningham, 37, of Snellville, Georgia, was traveling north in the area of mile marker 4 when she lost control of her vehicle. Her vehicle crossed onto the median where it struck a reflective pole. Neither Cunningham nor her three occupants were injured.
-- On Feb. 28, the Vermont State Police arrested Rebecca L. Paligo, 27, of Brattleboro, for driving with a criminally suspended license. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date. On March 1, Paligo was cited for the same infraction by the Brattleboro Police Department after it learned she had driven her vehicle to Walgreen’s on Canal Street.
-- On March 1, the Vermont State Police responded to the Exit 2 southbound offramp of I-91 for the report of a single-vehicle crash.
According to police, as Brian Boucher, 59, of Swanzey, N.H., was leaving the highway, his vehicle hit a patch of black ice. His vehicle skidded off the road and hit a section of ledge, which damaged the underside of vehicle. He was not injured.
-- On March 1, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Milton E. Dempsey, 63, of Athens, Alabama, for driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On March 1, deputies from the Windham County Sheriff’s Department arrested Ian Biercuk, 28, of Townshend, for an active arrest warrant.
-- On Feb. 6, at approximately 11 p.m., the Vermont State Police came upon a disabled vehicle on I-91. While speaking with the driver, Melissa Morrison, 25, of Fair Haven, it was discovered she was in violation of conditions of her release for a previous offense by being in the same car with Crystal Figueroa, with whom she was forbidden from having contact. She was cited to appear in court at a later date.
-- On Feb. 20, the Vermont State Police responded to Route 100 near Merrifield Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash.
According to police, Charles M. Bartlett, 24, of Whitingham was traveling southbound when an approaching vehicle came over the crest of a hill in his lane. To avoid a collision, Bartlett left the road, but hit a tree, damaging the plow on the front of his truck. The other vehicle did not stop.

According to police, Calvin Craig, 23, of Manchester, Conn., was traveling south when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle spun out into a snowbank, which caused it to roll onto its roof. Craig and his passenger were wearing seatbelts and were not injured. The state police were assisted by Londonderry Rescue and the Windham Fire Department.
