-- Robert S. Bishop, 30, of Vernon, was cited for driving under the influence and petit larceny after Brattleboro Police responded to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital to assist hospital staff with an unruly patient on Tuesday, March 26.
-- Christopher Wisell, 24, of Keene, N.H., was cited for possession of marijuana on Tuesday, March 26.
Vermont State Police stopped the vehicle Wisell was driving on Marlboro Road at 6:53 p.m. for an obstructed windshield violation. During the stop, probable cause was found for possession of marijuana.
Wisell was transported to the Brattleboro Barracks and is slated to appear in court on Tuesday, May 28, to answer to the misdemeanor charge.
-- Scott Lavallee, 44, of Highgate, was cited with operating while criminally suspended and giving false information to a police officer on Wednesday, March 27.
-- A West Palm Beach, Fla., man was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol at 7:16 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27.
Vermont State Police had pulled over the 1995 Ford Ranger Pedro A. Talavera, 33, was driving on Putney Road for operating without its headlights on.
Talavera was cited to appear in Windham Superior Court: Criminal Division to answer to the charge.
-- Seth L. Willey, 35, of Brattleboro, was taken into custody on Elliot Street on Wednesday, March 27, for having an active warrant for his arrest.
The warrant stems from Willey failing to appear for a pre-trial conference. He was lodged for lack of $500 bail.
-- On Wednesday, March 27, Vermont State Police took a report of a burglary to a residence on Route 121.
The caretaker of the residence found that a rear door to the garage had been kicked in, allowing someone access to the residence. It was then discovered that copper piping in the basement had been taken.
The incident is believed to have taken place within the past four months and the case is still under investigation.
