MONTPELIER, VT. — The Vermont House Committee on Appropriations is going to be holding two public hearings on the governor's proposed budget adjustment proposal.
The hearings will be Jan. 12 and 13 at the Statehouse in Montpelier.
The budget adjust is a mid-year adjustment to the state's spending plans.
The committee will take testimony on the governor's proposed changes to the 2016 budget.
Anyone interested in testifying should reserve a time slot in advance, if possible. Statements should be limited to three to five minutes and focused on budget adjustment issues only.
