MONDAY; Lunch: Beef stew, corn with peppers, biscuit, tropical fruit

TUESDAY: Breakfast: Bavarian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, ham, yogurt parfait, juice, coffee

Lunch: Chicken crepes, rice pilaf with veggies, butternut squash, cranberry mousse

WEDNESDAY: Lunch: Vegetarian lasagna with tomato sauce, turnip, garlic bread, baked apples

THURSDAY: Lunch: Birthday celebrations: Yankee pot roast, red potatoes, carrots, cake and ice cream

FRIDAY: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, muffin , fruit, juice, yogurt, coffee

Lunch: Creamed chipped beef with egg, baked potato, steamed spinach, pineapple
