WARDSBORO -- The Annual Art and Craft Show and Sale sponsored by the Friends of the Wardsboro Library will be held, rain or shine, in the library’s Red Barn, 170 Main St., on Wednesday, July 4, and Thursday, July 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
Paintings, photography, graphics, fiber art, sculpture, ceramics, glass, jewelry and more fine art crafts are showcased.
Fiber art and techniques will be featured at the show. Meet the fiber artists on July 4 when they will be demonstrating weaving, wet felting, spinning and needle felting. A highlight of the show will be a large display of intricate needle felted people and animals created by fiber group organizer and artist Kathleen Meeks of Maybelle Farm in Wardsboro.
