BRATTLEBORO -- On Jan. 18-20 and 25-27, the Vermont Theatre Company presents "The Woman in Black," a ghost story adapted by Stephen Mallatratt from the Gothic novel of the same name by Susan Hill. This Friday, as part of Gallery Walk, VTC will present interpretive dances by Sarah Craver and Zoe Perra, inspired by "The Woman in Black," on the Hooker-Dunham Theater stage each half hour.

Also featured Gallery Walk evening this month at the Hooker-Dunham is an ongoing exhibit of photos by BUHS students in David Mazor’s advanced photography class. Imagery in the photographs is haunting and lends itself to an air of otherworldliness, just as does the play. Join VTC on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., at The Hooker-Dunham Theater & Gallery at 139 Main St., down the alley and downstairs one flight.

Vermont Theatre Company’s production of "The Woman in Black" features Clark Glennon and Richard Epstein. The play is directed by Jessica Callahan Gelter.
