Prizes for first, second and third place are offered to winners who compete over a three-show series with contests on Feb. 23, March 9, and finals on March 23. The competition is co-presented by the Bellows Falls restaurant Popolo, which hosts the event in the adjacent Windham Ballroom. The event is MC’d by John-Michael Maciejewski, chef at Popolo. Proceeds from the event will be donated to WOOL, a non-profit member-owned and volunteer run organization.
