He may have taken six bullets at Chris Brown's party on Sunday, but Suge Knight has one reason to be happy Monday.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles have apparently decided not to press charges against the music mogul in an unrelated case, TMZ reported Monday.

Knight allegedly punched a worker in February at the Medstar Collective in Los Angeles after the man wouldn't sell him pot because Knight supposedly didn't have a medical marijuana card. The action was even caught on tape.

But prosecutors reportedly told TMZ they won't file charges against Knight because they don't think the video is enough evidence. There were no other witnesses and the tape supposedly doesn't answer the question of whether someone hit Knight first.

Right. Even the D.A. doesn't want Suge Knight to hold him off a hotel balcony.

That's a joke, Mr. Knight, sir. Just kidding -- no offense ... honest.

Knight was shot six times at Chris Brown's pre-VMAs party early Sunday morning in Hollywood and is still in the hospital after undergoing what TMZ called "lifesaving surgery."
