NORTH CLARENDON -- Brennen Zolnoski had the lone goal with the assist by Robyn Avery, eight minutes into the second half, to give the Colonels boys soccer team a 1-0 win Friday over Mill River, in their last game of the regular season.
"The boys did a nice job," said BUHS coach Paul Sather. "Just waiting for the playoff draw now."
Sather, whose team improves to 5-8-1, thinks his Colonels will fall into 11th or 12th place heading into the upcoming tournament.
"Our defense is looking better," noted Sather. "Conner Elliot-Knaggs and Cesar Filho provided that in our last game, and Ben Janis looked good in goal."
