SUNAPEE, N.H. -- Allison Scott had 17 points, Bridget Bourne followed with a dozen, and Skylar Bonnette followed with 11 to lead the undefeated Hinsdale girls basketball team to a 53-34 victory over Sunapee on Tuesday evening.

"They’re a good team. The girls played hard. We held them to just 14 points in the second half," said Hinsdale coach Terry Bonnette, whose team took a nine-point lead to the break.

The 4-0 Pacers will play at Concord Christian on Friday at 5:30 p.m.

Brattleboro 44, Drury 30

BRATTLEBORO -- Megan "Lightning" Siggins and Meghan Powell scored nine points apiece, Maddy Derosia had 12 rebounds, and the Colonels got their fifth win on Tuesday night.

Siggins hit all of her shots from outside, Derosia came up with four steals, and Ari Harrison scored seven points, while teammates Kayla Savage and Daisy Giroux demonstrated nice "defensive work", according to BUHS coach Paul Freed.

The 5-3 girls will play at Burlington on Saturday.

Proctor 40, Twin Valley 28

PROCTOR -- The Wildcats got to within 17-14 in the third quarter, thanks to a Colton Butler trifecta, before the Phantoms pulled away.

"I’m pretty pleased," said Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford. "We showed a lot of grit and hung around all game long against a tough team."

Jordan Mitchell and Abby McKearin paced the winners with 17 and 14 points respectively. Savannah Nesbitt and Sammy Cunningham-Darrah each had eight for the Wildcats, who got a combined 19 rebounds from Hannah Swanson and Christina Moore.

The 4-3 Wildcats will face Poultney tonight at 7.

Boys Basketball

Sunapee 94, Hinsdale 47

SUNAPEE, N.H. -- Kyle Rideout went off for 17 points to pace the Pacers. Hunter Nichols and Matt Crothers followed with 10 and eight points respectively. Hinsdale (0-3) will play at Concord Christian on Friday night.

Twin Valley 63, Leland & Gray 45

WILMINGTON -- Colin Lozito tallied 22 points and seven assists to lead the Wildcats to a win over the Rebels on Tuesday night. Dal "Sniper" Nesbitt scored 12 points and brother Cade Nesbitt had 10. Leland & Gray’s Corey Nystrom carried his team with 18 points.

Twin Valley will host Proctor on Saturday at 5:30, and L&G will host Windsor tonight at 7.
