BRATTLEBORO -- This space now allows area coaches to let the readers know how their team’s season is going thus far. Twin Valley basketball coaches Chris Brown and Buddy Hayford have joined forces in this one, to let you know how things are going on the court in Wilmington.

The Twin Valley boys are off to a perfect 10-0 start under Brown. Dal Nesbitt is leading the Wildcats in scoring at 19 points per game, followed by point guard Colin Lozito (11.5), Sam Molner (9.0) and Cade Nesbitt (8.0). DJ Lazelle and Molner are the team’s top rebounders, averaging 9.0 and 8.0 respectively, and Lozito is averaging 6.6 dimes per contest.

Savannah Nesbitt (9.4 points per game), Sammy Cunningham-Darrah (9.0) and Colton Butler (8.1) have been doing the offensive damage for Hayford’s 9-4 Twin Valley girls. Hannah Swanson leads the team with 121 rebounds, Nesbitt has a team-high 47 assists, Kirra Courchesne has a dozen blocks, and Nesbitt already has 33 steals.
