Join the Brattleboro Food Co-op for a PlantPure (whole food plant-based) demo followed by a potluck on Thursday.
From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Marilyn Chiarello, of A Taste of Light, will share several oil-free salad dressings for you to try, and demonstrate how to make "Bettah Feta," a non-dairy Feta cheese and dressing for your next Greek salad.
Please bring a fully plant-based dish to share (no meat, fish, dairy, eggs or honey), along with an ingredient list, noting any possible allergens such as nuts or gluten. If possible, bring your own place setting to generate less waste.

Brattleboro's own Hermit Thrush Brewery, located at 29 High Street, has hit the big, well little, screen in a documentary about why Vermont is such a popular destination for craft beer.
