All are served on bread that is freshly baked every day by the chef. All items are made to order, fresh and full of healthy ingredients. There are vegetarian dishes available, seafood, chicken, beef or lamb entrees. Entrée prices range from $6.99 to $24.95.

The Copper Angel has a full bar, with a pub area, for those who wish to have drinks and appetizers.
