Australian gems The Kin bring their poetic lyrics and beautifully arranged melodies out from down under for a tour to support of their debut full length. Rise and Fall is in stores now on the band's own label Aletheia Entertainment in conjunction with Defend/Ryko. Rise and Fall was written and performed entirely by the Korens with co-production by Nic Hard (The Bravery, Jesse Malin, Aberdeen City, The Church). The philosophical and romantically atmospheric album, which was recorded inside a 250 year old farmhouse in rural PA, includes fan favorites "Together" and "Abraham" which showcase the band's genuine ability to craft music for the masses. While Thorry masterfully strums his acoustic guitar, Isaac pours his emotions through his keyboard as their voices intertwine brilliantly.

Besides creating music that spans the globe, the brothers Koren are devoted to creating a better world. They recently began working with, and promoting the efforts of, charity:water (charityis.org), a non-profit initiative bringing clean water and basic sanitation into impoverished communities throughout Africa and the world.
