BURLINGTON (AP) - Vermont Gov. Peter Shumlin is officially kicking off his re-election campaign.

The Democrat will launch his bid for a second term in Burlington on Monday.

The event will be held at Nectar's bar and restaurant from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Shumlin faces a challenge from Republican state Sen. Randy Brock.
