• At 12:27 a.m., Vermont State Police received a phone call about a silver Dodge sedan hitting the complainant's car in their driveway and then leaving. While traveling to the residence, dispatch received several 911 calls in regards to a woman knocking on the door of several residences on Morse Brook Road in Westminster advising she was in a car crash. Officers with the Bellows Falls Police Department assisted Vermont State Police in locating the vehicle crash scene and operator, Tanya Fisher, 30, of Westminster.
