GUILFORD -- A New Hampshire woman was arrested Thursday afternoon on Interstate-91 on four active warrants and for possessing 85 bags of heroin in her vehicle.
Vermont State Police stopped Madelyn E. Linsenmeir, 23, of Keene, N.H., on the highway for a violation and found she had a criminally suspended license and four warrants in petit larceny, forgery, uttering a forged instrument and possession of a depressant, stimulant or narcotic; totaling $4,250 bail.
A search of her vehicle uncovered 85 bags of heroin and was charged with felony possession.
-- Kirby L. Donohue, 27, of Dummerston, was cited by police for false reporting stemming from an assault on Dec. 1, 2011. Donohue was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court: Windham Criminal Division on March 27 to answer the charge.
-- Scott D. Haselton, 46, of Brattleboro, was arrested Feb. 14 for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police responded to Main Street for a report of a belligerent male. He was cited to appear in court on March 27 to answer the charge.
-- Erin G. Robinson, 29, of Dummerston, was arrested Feb. 14 for driving under the influence after police responded to a single-vehicle accident on Black Mountain Road. Robinson was cited to appear in court on March 27 to answer the charge.
-- Dana W. Pillsbury, 54, of Gilbertville, Mass., was arrested Feb. 16 for driving under the influence on Elliot Street after he was stopped for a vehicle infraction. He was cited to appear in court on March 5 to answer the charge.
-- Debroah Soubble, 51, of Brattleboro, was cited Feb. 16 for driving with a criminally suspended license and will appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
-- Samantha Merrill, 21, of Londonderry, was arrested Feb. 16 for driving with a suspended license after police observed a vehicle cross the centerline on Route 11. Merrill was cited to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
-- Roger Dolloph, 43, of Rockingham, was arrested on two counts of trespassing, two counts of burglary and one count of providing false information to a police officer after troopers received a complaint Dec. 12, 2011 of a burglary from an Eastman Road property in Grafton. It was reported a suspect trespassed and stole items from the property twice on the same day, stealing pieces of wood known as burls with an estimated value of more than $1,000. Dolloph was questioned by police and repeatedly lied about the incident. He is also charged with two traffic tickets for driving with a suspended license.
-- Vermont State Police are investigating an incident at Leland & Gray Union High School where an adult male was seen entering a girl's bathroom and remained in there for an extended period of time.
