BRATTLEBORO -- For more than a decade, the In-Sight Photography Project’s Exposures program has brought youth from Vermont and elsewhere to the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.

Through photography and friendship, Exposures connects youth across cultures to learn about each other, collaborate and "share stories that will change their lives," according to In-Sight’s website.

Now, Exposures needs your help. In-Sight is in the midst of a Kickstarters fundraising campaign to raise $16,000 so that the summer 2013 Exposures trip can happen. Without the funds, it won’t.

Kickstarters is an online crowd-sourced fundraising tool for creative projects. In-Sight has currently raised slightly more than $10,000 and needs to raise the rest by the March 10 goal. If it doesn’t reach the goal, In-Sight won’t get any money, and funders won’t be charged.
