-- Catrina Kingsbury, of Westminster, and Alicia Holmes, of Bellows Falls, were cited for violation of conditions of release and resisting arrest at 9:20 p.m. on Thursday, June 20.
Kingsbury was to appear in court on Friday, June 21, while Holmes is set for Tuesday, Aug. 13.
-- Billie-Joe Hudgins, 34, of Bellows Falls, was recently cited for a retail theft that reportedly occurred on Thursday, April 11.
Hudgins was ordered to appear in Windham Superior Court: Criminal Division on Tuesday, July 23, to the answer to the charge.
-- At 5:35 p.m. on Friday, June 21, Vermont State Police stopped a 2004 Mazda on Putney Road for speeding and following too closely.
The operator -- identified as Elizabeth J. Degenhardt, 31, of Brattleboro -- was found to be intoxicated and have no license. She was cited and released on a citation to appear in court on Tuesday, July 9, to answer to the DUI charge.
-- A local woman recently reported tools being stolen from her home on Upper Dummerston Road.
Police have determined that someone entered the victim’s property and stole a Toro self-propelled lawn mower, a 16-inch Husqvarna chain saw and a Husqvarna weed-whacker.

-- Chaz Soboleski, 20, of Rockingham, was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol on Thursday, June 20.
He was transported to the VSP’s Rockingham barracks, where he was processed and released.
-- John Broad, 46, of Westminster, was cited Sunday, June 23, for driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
Vermont State Police received a report of an intoxicated driver on Morse Brook Road. Police located a vehicle that matched the description from the tipster and identified Broad as the operator. Broad was found to be intoxicated and was screened for DUI.
According to police, Broad pulled away from being handcuffed and attempted to run away after being told he was under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Broad was then subdued and placed into handcuffs and transported to the State Police barracks in Rockingham, where he was processed and released to a relative.
