Bellows Falls

-- On June 30, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Neil G. Dominiecki, of Dorchester, N.H., for driving under the influence on Atkinson Street. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 30, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jeffery Mattson, no address given, for unlawful trespass of a residence on Atkinson Street.

-- On July 1, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested James Prue (Lafayette), of Springfield, who was cited for 18 counts of violating his conditions of release, one of which placed him under a 24-hour curfew in Springfield. He was held for lack of $1,000 bond and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 2, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested two Massachusetts men and cited them for possession of cocaine. According to police, James C. Briggs, of Greenfield, and David Kozma, of Gill, were in a vehicle that was stopped on Westminster Street. The vehicle was seized by police and a search warrant obtained. During the search, police found cocaine in the vehicle. Briggs was ordered held on $10,000 bail and ordered to appear in court at a later date. Kozma, who was the driver, was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 13.

-- On July 5, the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of Cumberland Farms on Rockingham Street. As a result, Victor P. Houghton, of Springfield, Mass.

, was cited for disorderly conduct and ordered to appear in court at a later date. The driver of the vehicle, Timothy J. Wilson, of Westminster, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and ordered to appear in court on July 23.

Dummerston

-- On June 29, the Vermont State Police arrested Anthony M. Dolceacqua, 23, of Milford, Conn., on Route 30 for driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court on July 16.

Guilford

-- On July 4, the Vermont State Police received a report of a burglary at a home on Grist Mill Drive. According to police, a safe containing a handgun, medicine, cash and jewelry was stolen. Anyone who might have information is urged to call Trooper John Waitekus at 802-254-2382, ext. 566.

Jacksonville

-- On June 30, the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of Route 112 and Route 8A for the report of a one-vehicle accident. According to police, Elizabeth D. Cote, 27, of Halifax, was driving south on Route 112 when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a guardrail. Cote told police she fell asleep while driving. She was not injured in the crash.

Marlboro

-- On June 30, the Vermont State Police responded to South Pond Road for a report of a trespass of an occupied dwelling. A resident of one of the members-only cottages told police that someone entered one of the cottages about 3:15 a.m. before leaving in a vehicle. Anyone who might have information about the incident is urged to call Trooper Max Trenosky at 802-254-2382, or the Vermont State Police tip line at 802-241-5355.

Newfane

-- On July 3, the Vermont State Police responded to River Road at Brook Street for the report of a two-car crash with no injuries. According to police, the accident is still under investigation, however, Melissa Butterfield, 35, of Dummerston, was arrested for driving under the influence. She was ordered to appear in court on July 23.

Rockingham

-- On June 30, the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of Missing Link Road and Route 5 for the report of a one-vehicle accident. According to police, driver Dylan Stinson, 21, of Ludlow, and the vehicle’s owner, Michael Mancuso, 21, no address given, had left a party on Meeting House Road when Stinson fell asleep at the wheel and knocked down several road signs. Police found Mancuso’s vehicle about 500 feet from the point of impact, parked on the side of the road, but both Stinson and Mancuso were not present. Stinson told police that he was extremely tired and had consumed "a few beers" that day, but didn’t believe he was intoxicated. He was cited with leaving the scene of an accident and was ticketed for driving on roadways laned for traffic and having no liability insurance. He will appear in court on Aug. 6.

Saxtons River

-- On July 4, the Vermont State Police received a complaint about a possible violation of a relief from abuse order on Academy Avenue. As a result, Ryan Smith, 32, of Ludlow, was taken into custody and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

On July 4, the Vermont State Police received a report of an assault that had taken place on July 3 at the Irving Gas Station at Exit 7 of I-91 in Springfield. As a result, Jacqueline Duval, 25, of Saxtons River, was cited for domestic assault and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Westminster

-- On July 3, the Vermont State Police responded to Morse Brook Road for the report of a one-vehicle accident. According to police, Rachel Boulerice, 34, of Westminster, was driving the vehicle, which drifted into a small washed out portion of the road before striking a tree head on. Boulerice received a head injury and her passenger, Derek McCray, received a shoulder injury. Both were transported by Golden Cross to Springfield Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
