Bellows Falls

-- On Oct. 6, the Bellows Falls Police Department investigated an incident that occurred at Church Place. After an investigation, Garrett Molesky, 31, of Bellows Falls, was arrested and cited for burglary and aggravated assault. He was ordered held on $50,000 bond and was arraigned on Oct. 7.

Brattleboro

-- On Sept. 30, Scott E. Amidon, 39, of Perkinsville, was arrested for driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Oct. 2, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Irving Circle K on Canal Street for a report of an officer that had been shot. Upon arrival, police learned that William Carney, 59, of Brattleboro, had filed a false report. He was arrested and cited for giving false information to police. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Oct. 5, Donald A. Doutre, 47 of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited for simple assault. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Oct. 6, members of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Transportation Center where they arrested James H. Neveu, 57, of Brattleboro, and cited him with unlawful trespass and criminal contempt. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Oct. 7, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a building on Western Avenue for a report of a fight. Following an investigation, Daniel Rahm, 40, of Brattleboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-- On Oct. 7, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Donald Reetz, 44, no place of residence listed, and cited him with unlawful trespass and criminal contempt. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Oct. 7, Members of the Brattleboro Police Department assisted the Brattleboro Fire Department and Rescue Inc. in a call for medical services on Linden Street. As services were being rendered, Jennifer M. Webster, 23, of Rutland, attempted to flee. She was cited for disorderly conduct and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Oct. 8, Dylan J. Brooks, 19, of Brattleboro, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant stemming from his failure to appear at a pre-trial conference. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Dummerston

-- On Oct. 3, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the Windham County Sheriff's Department stopped Steve Bostwick, 61, of Newfane, on West Street. He was arrested and cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court on Nov. 5.

Guilford

-- On Oct. 6, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a speeding vehicle on Interstate 91 at mile marker 3. As a result, Andrew Mahoney, 50, of West Suffield, Conn., was arrested and cited for operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license and for traveling 81 mph in a 65-mph zone. He was ordered to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Londonderry

-- On Oct. 6, at approximately 11 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Route 100 for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, police learned Austin Shafer, 28, lost control of his vehicle due to wet roads. The accident is still under investigation.

-- On Oct. 6, the Vermont State Police responded to Little Pond Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. As a result, Christopher Roberts, 22, of Reading, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court on Oct. 29.

Newfane

-- The Vermont State Police is investigating a burglary that occurred at the Newfane Creamery sometime between 8 p.m. on Oct. 5 and 5 a.m. on Oct. 6. Anyone who might have information is urged to call Trooper James Matthews at 802-254-2382.

Weathersfield

-- On Sept. 15, Scott Clark, 47, of Bellows Falls, was cited for driving a vehicle with a suspended license after the Vermont State Police responded to Route 5 for a report of a motor vehicle accident. He was ordered to appear in court on Nov. 5.
