Brattleboro

-- On Dec. 13, the Brattleboro Police Department received a report that a vehicle had struck a utility pole on Williams Street and left the scene. Following an investigation, Mary A. Syales, 29, of Brattleboro, was arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Dec. 16, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Area Drop In Center for the report of a theft. Following an investigation, Scott Brow, 38, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited for petit larceny and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Dec. 21, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Price Chopper on Canal Street for a report of a possibly intoxicated male in a motor vehicle. As a result, James B. Maynard, 59, of Brattleboro, was cited for driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Dec. 21, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested David Guadalupe, 36, of Brattleboro and cited him for domestic assault and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Dec. 22, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Marlboro Road for the report of an intoxicated driver. As a result, Kevin G. Collins, 51, of Marlboro, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Dec. 22, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Jonathan McAuliffe, 32, of Brattleboro, for violating the cnditions of his release. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Dec. 24, at approximately 8 a.m., the Vermont State Police stopped to assist a motorist parked on Interstate 91 near mile marker 12. As a result, troopers learned Eric Zobkiw, 42, of Bellows Falls, was operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court on Feb. 18.

-- On Dec. 24, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Tanya L. Maskell, 40, of Brattleboro, for violating the conditions of her release. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Londonderry

-- On Dec. 24, at approximately 2 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Stone Hollow Road for the report of a domestic dispute. As a result, Brandi Burke, 33, of Londonderry, was arrested and cited for aggravated domestic assault and violating the conditions of her release. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Townshend

-- On Dec. 23, at approximately 11:35 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Route 30 at State Forest Road for the report of a motor vehicle crash. Following an investigation, troopers determined Charles D. Ezequelle, 35, of Brookline, was traveling south when his vehicle experienced a mechanical problem. Ezequelle applied the brakes in an attempt to control the vehicles speed, but told troopers he was unable to slow the vehicle and lost control of the vehicle. As a result of the loss of control, the vehicle rotated 180 degrees, entered the northbound travel lane and struck a vehicle being driven north by Kenneth Faria, 22, of Keene, N.H. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. There were no reported injuries. Townshend Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene.
