Brattleboro

-- On Feb. 5, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Debra Soubble, 53, of Brattleboro, for violating the conditions of her release. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 7, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Elliot Street for a report of a larceny. As a result, Joshua P. Bedard, 26, of Brattleboro, was arrested on Feb. 9 and cited with petit larceny. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 15, at approximately 6:50 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 91. Troopers determined Alma Sanchez-Eppler, 22, of Amherst, Mass., was traveling north at mile 10 at approximately 60 mph when she lost traction on some loose slush on the road and slid into the center median causing her vehicle to rollover. No injuries were reported.

-- On Feb. 16, the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Western Avenue. As a result, Ryan DL Cobb, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 16, at approximately 7:05 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91. As a result, Noah Ian Cosby, 28, of Claremont, N.H., was cited for operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court on March 25.

-- On Feb. 16, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Sunoco Gas Station on Putney Road for a report of a trespasser. As a result, William M. Guidry, 56, of Brattleboro, was cited for unlawful trespass and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Guilford

-- On Feb. 15, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Weatherhead Hollow Road for the report of an assault. As a result, Desiree R. Cutting, 32, of Guilford, was cited for domestic assault and ordered to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Halifax

-- On Feb. 14, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Green River Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined John Brimmer, 54, of West Halifax, was traveling northbound when he fell asleep and crashed into a guardrail. Brimmer's truck was totaled in the crash but no injuries were reported. He was issued a ticket for failing to maintain his lane.

Newfane

-- On Feb. 14, at approximately 7:25 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Route 30 for the report of a single-vehicle rollover. Troopers determined Ervin Moffit, 53, of Newfane, was traveling south at approximately 25 mph, when he exited the roadway and rolled his vehicle onto the driver's side. No injuries were sustained in this crash and Moffit's vehicle was towed by Scott Brooks Towing of Townshend. The State Police was assisted by the NewBrook Volunteer Fire Department.

Rockingham

-- On Feb. 15, at approximately 3:20 p.m., the Vermont State Police received a report that an unlicensed driver was operating a vehicle in the Rockingham/Bellows Falls area. As a result, Thomas Coombs, 54, of Rockingham, was located at his residence on Missing Link Road. Coombs was found to be in possession and have consumed alcohol, which are violations of his conditions of release. Coombs was arrested for the violation of conditions as well as the driving with a suspended license. He was cited to appear in court on April 1.

-- On Feb. 16, at approximately 8:15 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 103. As a result, Walter Dziedzic, 45, of Rockingham, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Dziedzic was transported to the Rockingham State Police Barracks for processing and was issued a citation for the charge of driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court on March 11.

Townshend

-- On Feb. 15, at approximately 8 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Back Windham Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Marya Pasciuto, 21, of Melrose, Mass., was operating a vehicle which exited the roadway and crashed into a tree. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had bald tires. No injuries were reported, and all occupants were wearing their seatbelts. The vehicle was removed by a towing service.

Wardsboro

-- On Feb. 11, the Vermont State Police received a report of theft of gasoline from a vehicle parked on Boardman Loop Road. Anyone with information about any suspicious vehicles or persons in that area from Feb. 10 through Feb. 11 are asked to contact the Vermont State Police at 802-254-2382.

-- On Feb. 16, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 100. As a result, Michael Bush, 46, of Wardsboro, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was cited and ordered to appear in court on Feb. 25.
