Bellows Falls

-- On Feb. 21, at approximately 3 p.m., the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle for a lane violation on West Street. As a result, Rosemarie Koske, 48, of Saxtons River, was arrested for driving with a criminally suspended license. She was ordered to appear in court on April 1.

Brattleboro

-- On Feb. 14, the Brattleboro Police Department was called to Sam's Outdoor Outfitters on Main Street for the report of a white powdery substance on the floor, allegedly dropped by a customer. As a result, Dannis Santos, 25, of Brattleboro, was cited for being in the possession of cocaine and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 18, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Rodney Saunders, 34, of Maine, with disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief resulting from an encounter with a motor vehicle on Putney Road. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 19, the Windham County Sheriff's Department arrested Patrick Cusson, 24, of Brattleboro, on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

-- On Feb. 20, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Marina Restaurant for the report of a theft. As a result, Michael A. Monette, 37, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited for petit larceny. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 21, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Transportation Center for the report of a trespasser.

As a result, Leonard Viola, 47, of Brattleboro, was cited for unlawful trespassing and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 23, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Christopher Loseby, 32, of Brattleboro, and cited him with operating a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On Feb. 25, at approximately 12:40 a.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91. During a roadside investigation a passenger in the vehicle, Shelly Kelly Sanders, 30, of Bronx, N.Y., had a warrant for her arrest out of Chittenden County for assault and robbery with a weapon. A police dog alerted to the presence of illegal drugs within the vehicle. Both Sanders and Casim Bruns, 29, also of Bronx, N.Y., were arrested for being in possession of felony amounts of crack cocaine. They were taken into custody and ordered to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Jamaica

-- On Feb. 21, the Windham County Sheriff's Department responded to Route 100 for the report of a single vehicle crash. Deputies determined Julie Cottineau, 47, of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., was traveling too fast for road conditions and subsequently crashed over an embankment, overturning her vehicle.

Londonderry

-- On Feb. 22, at approximately 11:25 a.m., the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on North Main Street. As a result, Derek Klick, 29, of Londonderry, was cited for driving with a criminally suspended license and violating the conditions of his release. He was ordered to appear in court on April 29.

Marlboro

-- On Feb. 24, at approximately 12:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Route 9 just west of South Road for the report of a vehicle damaged by snow flying off an unidentified tractor trailer. The debris damaged the front end of a vehicle being driven by Heather Patton, 29, of North Adams, Mass.

The Marlboro Fire Department and Rescue Inc. assisted at the scene. Anyone with any information about this incident is urged to contact the Vermont State Police Brattleboro at 802-254-2382.

Rockingham

-- On Feb. 23, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a stop after a vehicle was observed passing at 83 mph another vehicle on Route 103. Due to the pass, vehicles traveling in the northbound lane were forced into the breakdown lane to avoid a collision. As a result, Paul Heubeck, 67, of New York City, was taken into custody and cited for negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was ordered to appear in court on April 15.

Townshend

-- On Feb. 23, at approximately 9:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Grace Cottage Hospital for the report of an assault. A 16-year-old youth told troopers he was involved in a verbal altercation with Bart J. Clark, 52, of Newfane. The youth told troopers Clark struck him in the face. As a result, Clark was cited for simple assault and ordered to appear in court on April 15.

-- On Feb. 23, at approximately 9:30 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a report of a domestic assault at a home on Route 30. As a result, Azure Morrill, 32, of Townshend, was cited with domestic assault and ordered to appear in court on Feb. 24.

Vernon

-- On Feb. 24, at approximately 5:15 p.m., the Vermont State Police arrested Nicholas Lyon, 23, of Vernon, on a warrant for driving under the influence, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and operating a vehicle in a careless or negligent operation. He was ordered to appear in court on March 11.

Windham

-- On Feb. 21, at approximately 5:40 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Windham Hill Road for the report of a two-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Matthew Conkey, 17, of Bellows Falls, struck from behind a vehicle being driven by David Faxon, 43, of Brattleboro. Conkey told troopers he was traveling south when he attempted to avoid Faxon's truck, but was unable to do so and collided with the truck. Benny's Towing responded to the scene and removed Conkey's vehicle due to disabling damage.
