Bellows Falls

-- On May 20, the Windham County Sheriff's Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Canal Street as part of the Click It or Ticket Windham County Task Force. As a result, Debra Moody, 51, of Bellows Falls, was cited with driving with a suspended license and identity theft. She was ordered to appear in court on July 22.

Brattleboro

-- On May 17, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Experienced Goods on Flat Street for the report of a theft. Following an investigation, Christopher A. Loseby, 32, of Brattleboro, was cited for retail theft and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On May 23, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Kevin W. Regan, 57, of Brattleboro, at the Brattleboro Transportation Center and cited him with unlawful trespass. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Manchester

-- On May 21, at approximately 7 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Richville Road. As a result, Alan V. Mann, 37, of Londonderry, was arrested and cited with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He was ordered to appear in court on May 23.

Windham

-- The Vermont State Police has been investigating a series of thefts that occurred on Abbot Road between May 12 and May 14. As a result, Derek Klick, 29, and Jeremy Pecor, 38, both currently of Londonderry, were cited with burglary, unlawful trespass, unlawful mischief and petit larceny. According to a press release, witnesses identified the pair as being in the vicinity during the times in question. Troopers obtained a confession for theft of fuel from the Town Garage, according to the press release. A total of 133 of gallons of diesel fuel was stolen as well as vandalism just to get to the fuel. Pecor was cited and ordered to appear in court at a later date. Klick, who was on probation, was ordered held at Southern State Correctional Facility pending a court hearing.
