Brattleboro

-- On May 30, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on West River Road as part of the Click It or Ticket Task Force. As a result, Carl A. Tenney, 53, of Manassas, Virg., was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. He was ordered to appear in court on July 22.

-- On June 6, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Michael E. Class, 53, of Vernon, and cited him with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Dover

-- On June 1, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 100 for excessive speed. As a result, John J. Read, 42, of Stratton, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence, fourth offense, and violating the conditions of his release. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Guilford

-- On April 18, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of vandalism on Barney Hill Road. Following an investigation, a Brattleboro juvenile was arrested and cited with unlawful mischief. The juvenile was ordered to appear at the Vermont Superior Court: Family Division on June 19.

-- On June 5, at approximately 10 a.m., the Vermont State Police came upon a vehicle parked on the Interstate 91 on-ramp at the Vermont Welcome Center. Upon speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, it was determined that Cynthia Kaminski, 65. of Springfield, Mass., had operated the vehicle from Massachusetts to Vermont while under the influence of alcohol. The remaining occupants were also under the influence or unable to drive, so the vehicle was towed from the scene. Kaminski was arrested and processed at the Brattleboro Barracks where she was released with a citation to appear in court on June 24.

Jamaica

-- On June 5, at approximately 4:40 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Route 30 after receiving a 911 call of a domestic assault in progress. As a result, Heidi Dluba, 43, of Jamaica, was arrested and transported to the State Police barracks in West Brattleboro for processing. She was cited with domestic assault and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Putney

-- Following an eight-month burglary investigation by the Windham County Sheriff’s Department, Nicholas Pease, 22, of Brattleboro, and Kaya Siegel, 21, of Putney, were arrested. The pair are suspected of a number of break-ins in Putney in October 2013. Pease was cited with two counts of burglary and Siegel was cited with two counts of accessory to burglary and one count of false pretenses. Pease was ordered to appear in court on June 24 and Siegel was ordered to appear in court on July 22.

Rockingham

-- On May 26, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department conducted a motor vehicle stop during as part of the Click It or Ticket Task Force. As a result, Zachary R. James, 24, of Bellows Falls,was cited with driving with a criminally suspended license and ordered to appear in court on June 24.

Townshend

-- On May 28, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department conducted a motor vehicle stop for erratic operation on Grafton Road. As a result, Timothy J. Sullivan, 47, of Townshend,was arrested and cited with driving under the influence, third offense, and driving with a criminally suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 3, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 at the Townshend/Athens town line. As a result, Joseph Domenick Jr., 42, of Jamaica, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence, second offense, and ordered to appear in court on June 24.
