Bellows Falls

-- On June 6, at approximately 4:55 p.m., the Bellows Falls Police Department received a report of a person drinking on the steps at 7 Westminster Street. As a result, Ruben D. Hardy, 65, of Bellows Falls, was taken into custody on a parole violation. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 7, at approximately 8:15 a.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street. As a result, Shannon M. Rajda. 29, of North Clarendon, was taken into custody and cited with driving under the influence. She was ordered to appear in court on June 24.

Brattleboro

-- On May 17, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Arkham Bar at Harmony Place for the report of a disorderly person. As a result, Anthony T. Wilson, 37, no place of residence given, was cited with disorderly conduct and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 7, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Landmark Hill Drive for the report of an assault. As a result, Peter A. Cote, II, 21, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with simple assault. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 9, at approximately 12:10 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a stop of a motorcycle on Canal Street. As a result, Jeremy Steven Morrill, 33, of Newfane, was arrested for operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court on July 15.

Londonderry

-- On June 8, at approximately 10:20 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of Vermont Route 11 and Thompsonburg Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Sonja Poirier, 28, of Johnson, struck a telephone pole, causing wires to fall to the roadway. She was not injured in the crash, however she was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court on June 24.

Rockingham

-- On June 7, at just past midnight, the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 5. As a result, Steven M. Vielguth, 27, of Canaan, N.H., was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. Police requested a search warrant, which was granted, and found $3,453, 100 bags of heroin, suboxone and marijuana in the vehicle. Vielguth was also cited with possession of heroin and possession of a regulated drug. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 7, at approximately 1:20 a.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 5. As a result, David C. Clark, 49, of Rockingham, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court on June 24.

-- On June 7, at approximately 2 a.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 103 for a failure to maintain the lane. As a result, Eduardo Rodriguez, 19, Springfield, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was ordered to appear in court on June 24.

Windham

-- On May 31, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of Burbee Pond Road and Windham Hill Road for the report of an unresponsive male subject seated in the driver seat. Troopers determined Douglas M. Parker, 26, of Windham, was intoxicated while in actual physical control of a motor vehicle. He was taken into custody and processed at the Rockingham Barracks for the offense of DUI and ordered to appear in court on July 8.

-- On June 7, at approximately 4:35 p.m, the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of Windham Hill Road and Burbee Pond Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Michael S. Longo, 51, of Jamaica, was traveling south. Longo told troopers he had taken his eyes off the road, causing his vehicle to drift toward the shoulder of the road and crash into the guardrail and trees. Upon further investigation Longo was believed to have been operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated. Longo was transported to the Rockingham Barracks where he was processed for the offense of DUI and later released. He was ordered to appear in court on June 24.
