Bellows Falls

-- On June 20, the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Atkinson Street at the intersection of Westminster Street. As a result, Joel C. Tousley, 32, of South Burlington, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. A drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle, which was searched. Police located several bags of heroin. Tousley was also cited with possession of heroin. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 20, the Bellows Falls Police Department received a report of an erratic driver in the area of Gove Street and Bryan Court. Police made contact with Ross T. Bosworth, 23, of Keene, N.H., after he entered illegally a residence on Bryan Court. Bosworth was arrested for driving under the influence and unlawful trespass and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 21, the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 5 for erratic operation. As a result, Jeffrey E. Bittner, 48, of Rockingham, was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 22, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Daniel Forbush, 26, of Bellows Falls, and cited him with burglary of an occupied dwelling. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Brattleboro

-- On June 19, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the report of a fight on Thomas Street. Following an investigation, Manuel D. Henderson, 20, no place of residence given, was arrested and cited with disorderly conduct and giving a false report to police. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 20, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Food Co-op for a trespassing report. As a result, Robert Ford, 49, of Brattleboro, was cited with unlawful trespass and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 21, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Flat Street for the report of an assault. At the time, Dale Clement, 24, of Brattleboro, fled the scene. On June 22, Clement was found in the area of Flat Street and Elm Street and taken into custody on an active arrest warrant. He was cited with aggravated assault and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On June 22, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Michael A. Monette, 37, of Brattleboro, for violating his court-ordered conditions of release. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Mount Holly

-- On June 23, at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded Route 155 for the report of a motorcycle crash. Troopers determined Dustin Gordon, 59, of Londonderry, was traveling north at approximately 25 mph when he lost control of his motorcycle on a sharp curve. Gordon struck a guardrail on the eastern side of the road. His injuries were not specified by the State Police. The crash is currently under investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police at 802-773-9101. Mount Holly Fire and First response responded to the scene and the motorcycle was removed by Lane's Towing.

Marlboro

-- On June 22, at approximately 11 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Route 9 for the report of a motorcycle crash. As a result, William C Middleton III, 44, of Marlboro, arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court on July 15.

Putney

-- On June 22, at approximately 1:20 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of River Road South and Town Garage Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Francisco Ramirez, 28, of Putney, failed to negotiate a sharp curve in the roadway. The operator's vehicle sustained damage as a result of the crash but the driver sustained no injuries. The vehicle struck and split a utility pole located in the shoulder of the roadway, which knocked out power to local residents for several hours. Ramirez was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence and ordered to appear in court on July 1.

Rockingham

-- On June 20, at approximately 3:10 p.m., the Vermont State Police took into custody Christine Spaulding, 34, of Rockingham, on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear and pay a fine. She was ordered to appear in court in on June 23.
