Bellows Falls

-- On June 30, at approximately 11:15 p.m., the Bellows Falls Police Department encountered Zachary James, 24, of Bellows Falls in The Square. James was found to be consuming alcohol, which is a violation of conditions of his release for a previous charge. He was ordered to appear in court on July 15.

Brattleboro

-- On June 30, the Brattleboro Police Department met with Michael Monette, 37, of Brattleboro, where it was determined he had violated his court ordered conditions of release to check in with the department on two separate occasions. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 1, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Hannaford Grocery Story on Putney Road for the report of an intoxicated man. As a result, James E. Cassidy, 68, of Brattleboro, was cited with unlawful trespass and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 1, at approximately 6:15 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Western Avenue. As a result, John A. Lyddy, 60, of Whitingham, was arrested for operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 12.

-- On July 2, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a man making people uncomfortable. Following an investigation, Paul Fornier, 54, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 5, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Colonial Motel on Putney Road for the report of a suspicious person. As a result, Christopher A. Loseby, 32, of Brattleboro, was cited with unlawful trespass and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Dummerston

-- On July 7, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the Vermont State Police received a complaint of a vehicle stopped in the middle of Route 30. When troopers arrived, they found Nathan T. Barcomb, 20, of South Newfane, passed out in the drivers seat. As a result, Barcomb was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court on July 22.

Grafton

-- On July 3, at approximately 7:15 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Eastman Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash and an unattended vehicle. While in route, Troopers were updated that there was an injured female in the passenger seat and that another female was seen walking up a driveway. When Troopers arrived, the operator who had left the scene was identified as Miranda Sevene, 19, of Bellows Falls. It was reported that she had left the scene in another vehicle, which was later stopped. During the stop, Sevene was taken into custody and cited with leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence. Both Sevene and her passenger received minor injuries. Sevene was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 12.

Guilford

-- On June 30, at approximately 6:20 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91. As a result, Debra Ann Soubble, 54, of Brattleboro, was taken into custody, cited with driving a vehicle with a criminally suspended license and ordered to appear in court on July 29.

Townshend

-- On July 3, at approximately 10 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Grafton Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. As a result, Becky P. Nystrom, 28, of Townshend, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence. She was ordered to appear in court on July 22.

-- On July 4, at approximately 8 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Route 35 for the report of a single-vehicle crash. As a result, Cori Burke, 41, of Stratford, Conn., was arrested, cited with driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court on July 22.

Vernon

-- On July 6, the Windham County Sheriff's Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 142. As a result, Theodore H. Kenyon, 53, of Gill, Mass., was arrested, cited with driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court on July 22.
