Arlington

-- On July 28, at approximately 12:45 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of Stewarts Gas Station on Route 7A. As a result, Samantha M. Merrill, 24, of Londonderry, was cited with operating a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license. She was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 28.

Bellows Falls

-- On July 26, at approximately 7:35 a.m., the Bellows Falls Police Department responded to a report of a domestic assault. As a result, Garrett Molesky, 32, of Bellows Falls was arrested and ordered to appear in court on July 28.

Brattleboro

-- On July 25, the Windham County Sheriff's Office took into custody Kaya Siegel, 22, of Putney, on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court.

-- On July 25, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Michael A. Monette, 37, of Brattleboro, with violating the conditions of his release. He was cited to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 27, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Bruce S. Powling, 56, of Brattleboro, and Tami L. Smith, 50, of Putney, with unlawful trespass after they were found on the property of New England Central Railroad. They were ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 28, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a doctor's office for a report of a disorderly male. As a result, Joel Goldsmith, 31, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with unlawful mischief and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

-- On July 28, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a hotel on Putney Road for a trespassing complaint. As a result, Tracy T. Cook, 44, of Brattleboro was cited with unlawful trespass and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Halifax

-- On July 27, at approximately 1:50 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Jacksonville Stage Road for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Christopher Parkins, 50, of Halifax, fell asleep at the wheel, traveled off the roadway and hit a large tree. Parkins was not injured in the crash, but his vehicle was removed by Briggs Towing.

Newfane

-- On July 27, at approximately 1:35 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 30. As a result, Raechel L. Bennett, 38, of Brookline, was arrested for driving under the influence. She was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 12.

Townshend

-- On July 25, at approximately 1:50 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Grace Cottage Hospital for a report that William Garrow, 51, of Athens, had violated a relief from abuse order issued against him. He was ordered to appear in court on July 28.
