Bellows Falls

-- On Aug. 4, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department conducted a speeding stop on Route 121. As a result, Rosemarie Koske, 49, of Saxtons River, was arrested and cited with driving with a suspended license. She was ordered to appear in court no Sept. 23.

Brattleboro

-- On Aug. 2, at approximately 8:40 p.m., the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Canal Street for the report of a vehicle that was being operated erratically. As a result, Christine M. Ainsworth, 64, of Deerfield, Mass., was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Grafton

-- On Aug. 2, the Vermont State Police began an investigation into alleged lewd and lascivious conduct. As a result, Brenden Donaldson, 25, of Grafton, was arrested and cited with lewd and lascivious conduct with a child. Investigators with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Southeastern Unit for Special Investigations, Windham County Safe Place, received information that Donaldson had inappropriate contact with a young teenager. He was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 7.

Londonderry

-- On Aug. 6, at approximately 7:20 p.m., a Vermont State Police trooper was following a pickup truck on Route 11 when the vehicle’s driver ran a stop sign, spinning its tires in the process. As a result, Michael R.

Clark, 27, of Londonderry, was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and ordered to appear in court on Sept. 16.

Townshend

-- On Aug. 6, at approximately 7:55 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to the parking lot of River Bend Farm Market on Route 30 for the report of a car versus motorcycle accident. Troopers determined Wavel C. Gibbs, 48, of Townshend, was pulling away from the gas pumps on her motorcycle when she was struck by a vehicle being driven by Louise McDevitt, 64, of West Dover. Gibbs was transported to Grace Cottage Hospital for minor injuries and her motorcycle was towed from the scene by Scott Brooks Towing of Townshend.

Vernon

-- On Aug. 2, the Windham County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area of Huckle Hill Road near Basin Road for damage to a stone wall. Investigation revealed that a motor vehicle collided with the wall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. on Aug. 2. Evidence found at the scene indicates a turquoise blue/light blue Dodge or Chrysler motor vehicle being involved.
