June 10

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to a call for a male subject falling asleep in the driver seat of his vehicle on Main Street. Following an investigation, Mark Krause, 29, of Hinsdale, N.H., was cited with driving under the influence.

• On June 5, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a motel on Putney Road for the report of a disturbance. Following an investigation, Denny R. Bills Sr, 53, of Brattleboro, was cited with disorderly conduct and unlawful trespass.

June 14

• On May 1, the Brattleboro Police Department received a complaint of a stolen cell phone on Cotton Mill Hill. Police were able to obtain video of the incident and witnesses were able to identify the suspect as Joshua Johnson, 32, of Bargeboard. He was cited with petit larceny.

• On June 13, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Frost Street for the report of a disturbance. Following an investigation, Elio Lopez, 28, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with domestic assault.

June 17

• The New Hampshire State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in Winchester. As a result, Jennifer Rawson, 25, of Hinsdale, was cited with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

June 18

• At approximately 3:15 a.m. the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tyler Hill Road in Vernon, which resulted in the arrest of Rory Casey, 57, of Vernon. He was cited with driving under the influence.

• On June 13, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local business on Putney Road for a handgun found in the bathroom. Police took custody of the handgun which was later claimed at the police department by Cirhesna Hibbert, 59, of Putney. On June 18, Hibbert was cited with reckless endangerment.

• On June 15, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Flat Street to the Transportation Center for a male urinating in public. Following an investigation, James Neveu, 59, of Brattleboro, was cited with trespassing.

June 19

• On June 7, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Green Street for a report of an assault. The complainant stated that Xavier S. Carter, 23, of Brattleboro, stole her wallet and when she confronted Carter, he assaulted her. The complainant had minor injuries but refused medical treatment. On June 19, Carter was taken into custody without incident.

June 20

• At 5:55 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a speeding motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 in Rockingham. As a result, Karlyn Pierce, 33, of Montpelier, was arrested and cited with excessive speed and cruelty to a child.

• At 8:20 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a speeding motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 in Rockingham. As a result, Shannon Rajda, 31, of Bellows Falls, was taken into custody and cited with violating the conditions of her release and with violating a relief from abuse order.

• At 8:25 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a speeding motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 in Westminster. As a result, Gideon Toussaint, 35, of Bellows Falls, was arrested and cited with violating the conditions of his release.

• The Windham County Sheriff's Office Vernon Division is currently investigating a burglary that occurred on Huckle Hill in Vernon. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact Deputy Tuttle at 802-365-4942.

• The Vermont State Police is investigating the theft of a bicycle that occurred at a home on Weatherhead Hollow Road in Guilford between the hours of 9:15 p.m. on June 20 and 7:30 a.m. on June 21. The bicycle was described as a yellow women's Trek. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact Sgt. Buckley at 802-254-2382.

June 21

• On June 15, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Clark Avenue for a noise disturbance. Police met with Kobi A. Jaro, 19, of Brattleboro, and it was determined that Jaro hosted an underage drinking party. Six juveniles were issued diversion notices. Jaro was arrested and cited with enabling consumption of alcohol to minors.

• On May 23, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to an establishment on Canal Street in Brattleboro for a report of a female who was acting disorderly and harassing customers. Following an investigation, Linda Finnegan, 33, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with disorderly conduct.

• At 4 p.m., the Vermont State Police received a report of a vehicle being operated at a high rate of speed on Interstate 91 in Rockingham. As a result, Scottie Gagnon, 46, of Charlestown, N.H., was arrested and cited with negligent operation and excessive speed for traveling at 102 mph.

June 22

• At 2:40 p.m., the Vermont State Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle fleeing a residence on Higley Hill Road in Marlboro. Troopers learned that the resident returned home to find an older green Honda Civic in the driveway. The driver of the Honda Civic immediately fled the driveway when the home owner drove in. A check of the home revealed that someone had forced entry into the home and had stolen numerous items to include a Sentry Safe. This investigation is still active and ongoing.
