• At just before 2 p.m., the Keene, N.H., Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. As a result, Jesse A. Schultz, 31, of Hinsdale, N.H., was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On May 21, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on South Main Street for a report of a male subject who was trespassing. Following an investigation, Donald Doutre, 50, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct.
• At 7:55 a.m., the Vermont State Police responded to Interstate 91 in Putney for the report of a single-vehicle crash. Troopers determined Matthew C. Goodell, 27, of Lebanon, N.H., was traveling south at approximately 65 mph when he lost control of his vehicle while passing through standing water on the highway. Goodell's vehicle hyrdoplaned and struck the guard rail on the west side of the highway. Goodell's vehicle was towed from the scene.
• At 4:55 p.m., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for an expired inspection sticker on Route 103 in Rockingham. As a result, Brandy Willis, 32, of Springfield, was arrested and cited with operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license.
