WEST STEWARTSTOWN, N.H. (AP) - It's been three years since Celina Cass was last seen hunched over a computer in her family's apartment in West Stewartstown.
The 11-year-old was last seen July 25. A week later, her body was found in the Connecticut River near a dam.
Three years later, no one has been charged with her death, which investigators have called a homicide. It remains a haunting presence in the small, rural, town, and residents still hope for an arrest.
The attorney general's office says it is still investigating the case.
The home where Celina was last seen alive was heavily damaged by fire in December and is being razed.
