CONCORD, N.H. -- The League of NH Craftsmen presented several awards honoring the work and accomplishments of its juried and supporting members during the 80th Annual Craftsmen’s Fair in August at the Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury.
Newfane, Vt., artist John Long was voted a Public Choice Award in the Living With Craft Exhibition for his wood barnboard landscape called "Northeast Kingdom." The award was sponsored by Specialized Power Systems.
The award was presented by League of NH Craftsmen Executive Director Susie Lowe-Stockwell.
Public Choice Award-winners are chosen by vote of people who attend the festival.
Next year’s Fair will be held from Aug. 2-10 at the Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury.
