Bellows Falls

-- On April 2, Bellows Falls police arrested a 17-year-old male for allegedly stealing spray paint from J & H Hardware Store on March 27.

-- On April 6, Bellows Falls police responded to a home on Green Street for the report of an unwanted subject at the residence. As a result, Jacob Wunsch, of Vernon, was arrested and cited for unlawful trespass.

Brattleboro

-- On April 1, Jennifer A. Twitchell, 42, of Whitingham, was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

-- On April 1, Brattleboro police responded to the Bickford’s parking lot at the Exit 3 roundabout for a report of a vehicle over the embankment. Following an investigation, Ronald Smith, 64, of Vernon, was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court on May 7.

-- On April 2, Andrew Reynolds, 22, of Brattleboro, was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

-- On April 2, Brattleboro police responded to the Gulf station on Canal Street for the report of a hit and run crash. Following an investigation, Polly McNaughton, 19, of Putney, was arrested in a parking lot on Flat Street and cited for leaving the scene of an accident and providing a false report to law enforcement.

-- On April 2, Brattleboro police responded to Frost Street for the report of an altercation.

Following an investigation, David J. Cote, 22, of Brattleboro was arrested for domestic assault and possession of marijuana.

-- On April 3, Daniel W. Nichols, 22, of Brattleboro, was cited for retail theft.

-- On April 4, Brattleboro police responded to the Wendy’s on Putney Road for the report of a disturbance. Following an investigation, Miguel De La Campa, 19, a student at Landmark College, was cited for possession of marijuana.

-- On April 4, Colby Filgate, 34, of Brattleboro, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

-- On April 5, James Lafayette (Prue), 21, of Bellows Falls, was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear in court and for violation of conditions of release.

-- On April 5, Brattleboro police responded to Canal Street where they found an intoxicated woman. When police attempted to check on her, she became unruly and was taken into protective custody. She attempted to bite an officer and also was found to be in possession of marijuana. As a result, Ann Marshall, 44, of Brattleboro was arrested and cited for assault on a police officer and possession of marijuana.

-- On April 6, police responded to Brattleboro Pizza on Western Avenue for the report of an intoxicated male. As a result, Michael Piserchio, no age or place of residence given, was arrested and cited for driving under the influence.

Grafton

-- On April 4, Vermont State Police responded to Cabell Road for the report of a vehicle in the roadway. Following an investigation, Erin Berglin, 29, of Londonderry, was arrested for driving under the influence.She was ordered to appear in court on April 23.

South Londonderry

-- On April 3, Vermont State Police responded to a home on Winhall Station Road for a report of a domestic assault. Following an investigation, Eric L. Smith, 20, of South Londonderry, was cited for domestic assault and interfering with emergency services.

Vernon

-- On April 4, Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on I-91 for a motor vehicle violation. Following an investigation, Jesse M. Berthe, 33, of Monroe, Conn., was arrested and cited for possession of a narcotic/stimulant/depressant and marijuana and for giving false information to a police officer. He was also issued a ticket for operating a license with a suspended license. He was ordered to appear in court on May 28.

Westminster

-- On April 4, Vermont State Police responded to Back Westminster Road for the report of a burglary. It is believed the burglary occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. on April 3. The front and rear doors to the building were forced open but no property was stolen from inside the building, though an aluminum boat that was stored on the property was taken. Anyone who might have information is urged to call Trooper Paul Dean at 802-275-2112.

-- On April 4, Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Henwood Hill road for a motor vehicle violation. Following an investigation, Joshua Stratton, 27, of Westminster, was arrested and cited for driving with a suspended license and violation of his conditions of release.
