PUTNEY -- Twilight Music continues its 10th annual Twilight On The Tavern Lawn series of folk, world beat, rock, jazz, zydeco, Celtic, swing, blues and bluegrass summer concerts on Friday, June 29, with southern Vermont-based acoustic/electric quartet Electric Fence.

The seven concert series continues every other Friday through Aug. 24. All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m., on the Putney Tavern lawn (bring a lawn chair or blanket). The Electric Fence concert will be moved to the Putney Community Center in case of rain.

The series is sponsored by the Town of Putney, Putney Food Co-Op, Putney Paper Company, The Putney Inn, The Stockwell Brothers and many other Putney businesses and organizations. Next up on the 2012 Twilight on the Tavern Lawn concert series schedule is traditional and contemporary Cajun/zydeco roots music sextet Slippery Sneakers on Friday, July 13.
