Groove Culture plays Friday at Putney Inn
PUTNEY -- Groove Culture will bring its mix of Latin, jazz, funk and swing to the Putney Inn on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
The band features Bob Stabach on sax, Dan DeWalt on keyboards, George Kaye on bass and Molly Steinmark on drums. There is no cover.

Georgina Thomas benefit is Saturday in BF
BELLOWS FALLS -- Music by Intercept, a pot luck dinner, raffles, 50/50 and more will be featured at the Georgina Simpson Thomas Benefit Pot Luck Dinner on Saturday at the Bellows Falls Moose Family Center, 59 Henry St. The dinner, raffles and 50/50 run from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by music from 7 to 11 p.m. Admission is $5, and proceeds go to Georgina Simpson Thomas, who is battling brain cancer.
Putnam Fiddlers’ Reunion is Saturday
