Font ResizeGUILFORD -- The next musical event in Wendy's Guilford House Concert series will be Massachusetts- based Moonlight and Morning Star on Sunday - potluck starts at 6 p.m., with music at 7 p.m. Admission is $10-15 at the door.
Moonlight and Morning Star have been singing together for 15 years, performing all over the East Coast, as a duo and with their band. They take audiences into a world of diverse music, with unique interpretations of jazz standards, R&B classics, Gospel, Jewish soul and originals.
Set to music by Moonlight, Morning Star's spoken word pieces delve deeply into both personal and universal themes. Moonlight, known for his blues and gospel interpretations, is a master of harmony.
