Holiday book sale aids Brooks Library
BRATTLEBORO -- The Brooks Memorial Library Friends Seventh Annual Holiday Book Sale is scheduled for Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The sale features "like-new" books for everyone on your shopping list. All the books have been donated and are gently used. Most books selected for this sale are suitable for gift giving because they are in "like-new" condition. The library is still accepting book donations for this and future sales. Donations can be brought to the main circulation desk anytime the library is open.
Books unsold will remain on sale through Saturday, Dec. 21, during regular library hours.
The Friends of Brooks Memorial Library was organized in 1990 to support the library in providing the highest quality library service to the community by means of advocacy, public relations, and fund raising.
