Brief bios of this year's Judges:
After a 25-year career as a graphic designer working in New York City and Washington DC, Catherine Nunn decided to take her first painting class in an effort to reconnect with the passion and creativity she had in her youth. That first class was an epiphany for her and she has not looked back since. When she felt that luscious oil paint under her brush, she found the medium that was perfect for her. Good composition, flawless draftsmanship, and a total mastery of her medium is what she aspires to.
