PUTNEY >> Next Stage Arts Project is delighted to present Peter Aguero, host of NPR's Moth Radio Hour, and Ophira Eisenberg on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16, at 7:30 p.m. Next Stage is located at 15 Kimball Hill, Putney.

Ophira Eisenberg (NPR's Ask Me Another, and Moth Radio storyteller) and Peter Aguero join forces for an evening of intimate and hilarious true stories about love and triumph, family and failure, and somehow making it through to the other side.

Tickets are $15, available online at, at Turn It Up in Brattleboro, and the Putney Coop.

Peter Aguero returns to Next Stage, having thrilled packed houses both at Next Stage and in past storyteller events at the Latchis Theater. He's a Moth StorySLAM host, GrandSLAM champion, and instructor for the MothSHOP Community Education Program. He's also the lead singer of The BTK Band, NYC's hardest-drinking improvised storytelling rock band. Peter loves his Mom.

Ophira Eisenberg is a Canadian comedian, writer, and actress. She is from Calgary, Canada, and now lives in New York City. She is the host of the weekly NPR and WNYC trivia, puzzle, and game show Ask Me Another with the "one-man house band" Jonathan Coulton. Eisenberg appeared on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Comedy Central, the E! Channel, the Oxygen Network, and the Discovery Channel.

Next Stage is a non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing Putney's cultural and economic village center through the programming, development and operation of Next Stage. Since its founding in early 2011, NSAP has hosted hundreds of events including classical, folk, and popular music concerts, films, theater and a spoken word series.
