Ukelele enthusiasts, unite! Singer-songwriter Lisa McCormick and Harmony Place project manager Gail Nunziata invite you to Harmony Place tonight at 6 p.m. for a "flash mob" to show your love for the ukulele, that Hawaiian "jumping flea."
All are welcome to come and play, sing along, or just listen and enjoy. Anon's Cuisine Thai food truck, area favorite, will be on site to serve up their popular Thai fare.
"Parks and Plazas, Inc. has great plans for Harmony Place," said Nunziata. "One of them is to build a stage and hold in-town outdoor performances. The Ukelele Flash Mob will give us all a preview of how much fun we can have in the middle of downtown Brattleboro." Start strumming, sing along, or simply listen, eat, enjoy. Anon's will be open from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Harmony Place is located in the back of the Harmony Parking Lot in downtown Brattleboro. The event is free, open to all, If rain, the event will be in the Brooks House Atrium,
