Upcoming trips
The annual trip to Maine and the Ogunquit Playhouse is Aug. 9 and 10. The play is "Damn Yankees: Red Sox" (flyers with brief synopsis of the play at the Senior Center). Overnight at the Hampton Inn, light lunch before show, and dinner at Warrens. Free time after dinner. Second day, breakfast and a cruise to the Isle of Shoals, time to enjoy Star Island. Stop at Ruby Tuesdays for lunch on your own. Cost: $259 double; $249 triple; $309 single, includes transportation, lunch, dinner, breakfast, play, overnight stay at Hampton Inn Wells, gratuities to drive and tour director.
On Saturday, Sept. 22, a trip with Tye’s Tours to the New Hampshire Highland Games. The trip fee of $99 includes all daytime activities including concerts in the main concert tent, pipe and drum performances, walking through Clan Village, lunch voucher, driver and tour director gratuities, transportation and more.

Monday: Eggplant parmesan with ricotta, carrots and turnip, garlic bread, apricots.
Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., French toast, home fries, sausage, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Baked potato with broccoli and cheese, meat chili, corn muffin, fruit salad.
Wednesday: Baked stuffed chicken breast, mashed potato with gravy, butternut squash, strawberry shortcake.
Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, pineapple chunks.
Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Scrambled eggs with boursin and spinach, vegetable hash with celeriac, turnip and carrots, scone, fruit, juice, yogurt. Lunch: Spinach pie, barley risotto, summer squash saute with peppers and onions, mandarin oranges.
