Bellows Falls Senior Meals

BELLOWS FALLS -- The menu for the week of Nov. 12 at the Bellows Falls Senior Center is as follows:

Monday: Broccoli quiche, tossed salad with spinach, rye bread, and melon.

Tuesday: Sweet and sour pork over rice pilaf, Brussels sprouts, wheat bread, and applesauce.

Wednesday: Beef stew, coleslaw with carrots and pineapple, buttermilk biscuit, and fruit.

Thursday: Cream of broccoli soup, chicken salad with red grapes, lettuce and tomatoes, crackers, dinner roll, and chocolate chip cookies.

Friday: Roast pork, gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli florets, wheat dinner roll, and cherry chiffon with cream.

The meal is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. A suggested donation of $3 for those 60-plus years of age is requested. Information: 802-463-3907.
